Privacy
FFF Studio (Fabrizio Frames & Films) is the photography and film studio of Fabrizio Arguedas in Somerset, New Jersey. This page explains what information this website, fffstudios.com, keeps, why, and who else handles it. By using the website you agree to what is described here.
What the site keeps
- Contact form. Your name, email address, the kind of shoot and your message, so the studio can answer you.
- Reviews. Your name, rating and words. A review appears on the site only after the studio approves it.
- Client log-in. Your email address; a scrambled form of your password if you set one (the password itself is never stored); your two-step sign-in setting; and when you last logged in. If you use “Continue with Google”, Google tells the site your email address and a number that identifies your Google account, and nothing else.
- Galleries. Which photos you marked as favorites, what you downloaded and when, and when you opened a gallery. The studio can see these.
- Contracts. The name you typed, your business and title if you sign for one, your drawn signature if you added one, the date and time, and the IP address and browser used. Together they are the record of your signature. Kept with it: the booking details you accepted, your own choice about whether the studio may use images of you to show its work, and any later change to the booking you approved or declined.
- Releases. If you were photographed or filmed and the studio asks whether it may show images of you, your answer is kept with the name typed, your drawn signature if you added one, the date and time, and the IP address and browser used, plus your email address if the studio used it to send you the question. You do not need an account to answer. For a child, a parent or legal guardian answers, and the child’s name is kept with that answer.
- Invoices and payments. What you were billed and what was paid, when and how. Card payments are made on Stripe’s own page: your card details go to Stripe and never reach this website.
- Security. The IP address behind log-in attempts and form submissions is kept for up to 24 hours to stop abuse. Messages and reviews keep the IP address they were sent from.
Messages and reviews sent through the site’s forms are also delivered to the studio’s inbox by a form service (FormSubmit).
Cookies and browser storage
The site uses only the cookies needed to keep you logged in, and saves a few small preferences in your browser. It has no advertising or tracking cookies. Visit counts come from Cloudflare’s analytics, which uses no cookies.
Who else handles it
The studio uses these companies to run the site, each only for its part: Cloudflare (hosting, the database and visit counts), Google (your photos and films are stored in the studio’s Google Drive; the site’s fonts; Google sign-in if you use it), Resend (sending emails), Stripe (card payments) and FormSubmit (form messages). Each of them handles information under its own privacy terms.
The studio does not sell or rent your information and does not use it for advertising. Information may be disclosed when the law requires it, for example in answer to a court order, or when needed to protect the studio’s rights or someone’s safety.
Links on this site to other places, such as Instagram, WhatsApp and FFF Real Estate, lead to services with their own privacy rules.
Emails
The site sends emails only about your work with the studio: log-in links, galleries that are ready, contracts to sign, changes to approve, invoices and receipts, and a release question if you were photographed. No newsletters or advertising emails are sent from this site.
Security
The website is served over an encrypted connection, passwords are stored only in scrambled form, and the studio’s admin area is limited to the studio. No website can promise perfect security. If you think your account has been used by someone else, contact the studio right away.
Children
The website and its client pages are meant for adults. The studio does not knowingly collect information from children under 13 through this site. A release about a child is answered by a parent or legal guardian.
Where it is processed
The studio is in the United States. Information is processed in the United States and wherever the companies named above operate.
How long it is kept
Galleries stay until they expire or the studio removes them. Signed contracts, releases and payment records are kept as business records. Messages, reviews and accounts are kept until they are no longer needed or you ask for them to be removed.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what the site holds about you, or to have a gallery taken down. Write to [email protected] or call or text (732) 948-8266. Some records, such as signed contracts and payments, may need to be kept.
If you allowed the studio to use images of you to show its work, you can withdraw that at any time by email or text. The studio then stops new use and takes the images down from the places it controls within 30 days.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
